MARYVILLE, Mo. – Benedictine Men's Track earned the program's second straight Heart of America Athletic Conference Indoor Track Championship on Saturday inside Hughes Fieldhouse on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University.
Benedictine scored 137.5 points to earn the championship, beating William Penn University by 10.5 points as the Statesmen scored 127 points. Park University scored 112 points to round out the top three team finishes.
The Ravens earned three individual championships. Christopher Coyne won the pole vault, Thomas Campbell won the Mile and Owen Nolte won the 3,000 meter Race Walk. The Ravens earned 30 all-conference selections en route to earning back-to-back titles. Campbell was the Ravens top point scorer, earning second place in the 3,000 meters and third place in the 5,000 meters to go with his conference title in the mile.
The breakdown for all-conference selections is first place = first team, second place = second team, and third place = third team. Fourth, fifth,h and sixth-place finishers all earn honorable mention all-conference honors.
