KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After wracking up their 10th win of the season over the weekend in HAAC play against Culver-Stockton College, the Raven men's soccer team moved up in the seventh edition of the NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll on Tuesay afternoon.
At 10-2-1, the Ravens moved up to No. 4 from No. 6 with less than 60 points seperating the top four teams in this week's poll.
Benedictine is one of four teams from the HAAC to earn a ranking this week – which ties the conference with the Southern States Athletic Conference – for the most ranked members.
In addition to the Ravens, Missouri Valley College is No. 6, followed by MNU at No. 15 and Baker University at No. 16. MNU and Baker are seperated by 52 points in the poll while Valley is 60 points behind Benedictine.
The Ravens host Graceland University at 7:30 p.m. Saturday as they close in on the end of the HAAC regular season. Benedictine needs a win over Graceland and a loss by Missouri Valley on Tuesday night to clinch at least a share of the 2013 HAAC regular season title.
