KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Raven Women's Soccer team moved to No. 16 this week as the NAIA released the sixth edition of the Women's Soccer Top 25 Coaches' Poll.
Benedictine (8-1-2) earned 263 points this week to move to No. 16 from No. 14.
The Ravens are one of two teams from the Heart of America Athletic Conference in this week's poll. Central Methodist University remained at No. 10 this week with 341 points in the poll.
Baker University was listed in the others receiving votes category with 33 as the only other Heart team to receive votes this week.
Benedictine has six matches left to play in the Heart regular season. They travel to Des Moines on Wednesday to take on Grand View University before returning home on Saturday to host a 5 p.m. match against Culver-Stockton College. Saturday's match with the Wildcats marks the Ravens annual Breast Cancer Awareness Match with proceeds from the gate, halftime Cross Bar Challenge and jersey auctions going to helping the fight against Breast Cancer.
