COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Raven Volleyball team wrapped up their non-conference schedule on Tuesday with a trip to (RV) Columbia College. The Cougars picked up a sweep of the Ravens winning 25-18, 25-18, 25-13.

Benedictine was limited to just 26 kills over the three-set match. Regan Bruggeman led the Ravens with 9 kills while Katarina Vojvodic and Mahala Sewell added 7 each.

Ellie Biedenstein set up the attack, finishing the match with 16 assists while Kristjana Istuk finished with 8.

The Ravens attack was limited by the 11 team blocks from the Cougars as they finished with 3 solo blocks and 16 block assists.

Defensively for the Ravens, Istuk finished with 16 digs while Maggie Schoening finished with one solo block.

Benedictine returns home on Sept. 14 for a 7 p.m. match against Evangel University to open up the Heart season.
