Benedictine Wrestling had a strong showing on Friday and Saturday in its first two home events of the season.
The Ravens posted a 4-0 record at the second annual Loosbrock Duals on Friday. In the two years of the duals-formatted tournament, Benedictine is now 8-0.
The Ravens followed up Friday's strong day with the first-ever Service Salute Open where they earned a championship at 285 pounds, a second place at 184 pounds, third-place finishes at 197 pounds, 184 pounds, 157 pounds, and 149 pounds. They earned additional placers at 133 pounds, 141 pounds and 184 pounds.
Mason Harris scored 16 points en route to his championship at 285 pounds as he posted a 3-0 record. Gabe Commons scored 16.5 points to place second at 184 pounds. Hayden Biggs took third place at 149 pounds with 20 points. Kaleb /Jestes took third place 157 pounds with 7.5 points. Jackson Perkins took third place at 184 pounds with 14 points. Tucker Black took third place at 197 pounds with 9 points.

The Ravens will travel to Des Moines, Iowa, on Nov. 16 to compete in the annual Grand View Open. They return hoe on Nov. 21 for a dual with Midland University at 6 p.m.
