Top four remain unchanged in seventh NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After a week of shake up, the top four remained unchanged on Monday as the NAIA released the seventh Netting Professional Football Top 25 Coaches' Poll.

Benedictine remained at No. 3 with their 406 points for the third straight week while Grand View and Keiser (Fla.) remained in front of Benedictine. The gap narrowed between No. 1 and No. 2 as Keiser took a first-place vote away from Grand View this week. Friends (Kan.) remained at No. 4 by itself after Montana Tech fell to No. 5. 

William Penn remains the only member of the Heart of America Athletic Conference ranked in this week's poll, moving up to No. 19 with 182 points. MNU (30 points) and Baker (2 points) remain listed in the other's receiving votes category.

Benedictine hosts Missouri Valley College at 1 p.m. Saturday for Atchison Community Day.

With the boost from Saturday's 75-point win over William Woods, the Ravens enter the week ranked third in the NAIA in scoring (414 points) and points per game (51.8). They rank fifth in total offense (4,065) and yards per game (508.1). They lead the NAIA in red zone touchdowns (37 of 45) and are second in red zone scores (41 of 45) also rank fourth in passing touchdowns (27) and rushing touchdowns (28).

Individually, Jackson Dooley is ranked fourth in the NAIA in passing touchdowns (26) and is seventh in passing yards (2,195). Xavier Ugorji is tied for eighth in the NAIA in rushing touchdowns (10). Christian Klobe is ranked 10th in the NAIA in scoring (73) and is tied for the top spot in kick scoring. Isaiah Hasten is tied for the NAIA lead in interception (6) with two other players.
