Ravens Football picked up a big road win Saturday afternoon.
The (3) Ravens were strong on the ground and defensively, winning 31-10 at the (RV) Baker University Wildcats.
The Ravens turned a 3-point halftime lead into a 24-point lead on the strength of long scoring drives in the second half.
Dalton Witherspoon's 1-yard plunge late in the third quarter put the Ravens up 17-7, which capped off a 92-yard drive.
In the fourth quarter, the Ravens put together a 13-play, 97-yard drive that milked 8:20 off the clock and was punctuated with a
Xavier Ugorji touchdown run.
The Wildcats answered with a field goal 2 minutes later, but the Ravens offense salted away the game with another Ugorji touchdown run, eating all but 46 seconds off the clock to close out the Ravens 21-point win.

Jackson Dooley added 119 yards through the air, with
Titan Osburn catching 4 passes for 52 yards.
The Wildcats actually held a 7-0 lead after a quarter of play, but it was all Ravens from that point on.
Christian Klobe got the Ravens on the board with a 44-yard field goal early in the second quarter to cut the Baker lead to 7-3. The Ravens then capitalized on a Wildcats fumble late in the second quarter, going on a six-play, 46-yard drive that culminated in a Dooley to
Tanner Zimmerman touchdown pass with just 24 seconds before the half for a 10-7 lead.
The Ravens then dominated the second half on the ground and defensively.
Zachary LaCombe,
Abram Phillips, and
Xavier Hernandez each accumulated 7 tackles, and
Isaac Lopez and
Dylan Witherspoon both added 6 tackles.
Peyton Jobe's forced fumble was recovered by Hernandez to set up the Ravens touchdown late in the first half.
