DES MOINES, Iowa – Top-seeded and NAIA No. 24 Grand View University needed four sets to beat Benedictine Volleyball on Saturday in the Quarterfinals of the Heart Women's Volleyball Championship Tournament.

The Vikings opened the match with a pair of wins 25-19 an 25-22 before the Ravens rallied to take the third set 32-30. In the regular-season match between the two teams, the third set also went into extra points with Benedictine winning that set 33-31. 

After the Ravens limited the Vikings to a .164 attack percentage in the third set while hitting a match-high .283, the Vikings held the Ravens in check in the fourth set. Benedictine hit just .088 in the fourth set while Grand View hit .382 to earn a 25-14 win.

Bridget O'Sullivan finished with a career-high 20 kills. Barbara Terra added 15 kills. Wren VanCleave anchored the Ravens attack with 40 assist.

Kelly DeMeulenaere led three Ravens with double figure digs. She finished with 19, followed by VanCleave with 15 and Cate Milroy with 13. Terra and JoJo Vander Woude led the Ravens with 4 block assists each while Rayleen Gladden added 3.

Benedictine finishes the season at 12-16.
