Men's Basketball dropped a home contest to Dordt University Saturday afternoon.
The Ravens lost, 89-80, after battling back from a double-digit deficit to take a brief lead in the second half.

Brycen LaRue's bucket with just over 6 minutes to play leveled the game, then a 3-pointer by Parker moments later gave the Ravens a 71-70 lead. However, an 8-0 run by the Defenders put Dordt back in front for good as they came away with the 9-point win.
Deaglan Sullivan had a team-high 23 points for the Ravens, and Parker's 22 points were a new career high. Joining them in double figures were
Jack Vander Woude and LaRue, who each scored 10 points.
The Ravens finished the game shooting 51.6% from the field, but were outpaced by Dordt's 52.6% shooting, and the Defenders were 11-of-23 from 3-point range.
The Ravens shot well in the opening half, converting 47% from the floor and knocking down 6-16 from 3-point range, but found themselves down 10 points at the break.
The Defenders shot 55% from the floor, 5-8 from 3-point range and outrebounded the Ravens 20-12 in the opening half. Dordt entered the game shooting 40.2% from deep on the season, and 86.9 points per game.
