Benedictine Volleyball opened up the first Quad of the Fall on Saturday morning with a 3-1 win over Ottawa University inside the Ralph Nolan Gymnasium.
The Ravens won their second straight, 3-1, over the Braves.
Benedictine finished with a .214 attack percentage, led by the career-high 25 kills of Barbara Terra. Terra was joined by Lucy Drexel in double figures with Drexel added 15 kills.Â
Wren VanCleave anchored the attack, finishing with 56 assists.Â
Defensively, Kelley DeMeulenaere anchored the back row with 32 digs, followed by VanCleave with 17 and Cibeles Bothwell with 15. Rayleen Gladden, VanCleave and JoJo Vander Woude finished with 2 block assists each while Bridget O'Sullivan added 1 block assist and 1 solo block.
Benedictine remains at home on Tuesday, hosting another non-conference match with Bethany (Kan.) College at 7 p.m. Tuesday night's match marks the program annual Mental Health Awareness Match with a JV match before the varsity at 5 p.m.
