Benedictine Wrestling took to the mat inside the Ralph Nolan Gymnasium for the final time this season on Monday night, hosting a Heart of America Athletic Conference dual with (13) Missouri Valley College.
The Vikings earned a 47-5 win over the (RV) Ravens.
Benedictine earned its lone win at 141 pounds. Caleb Peralta led 3-1 after the first period and remained in the lead 8-3 after the second. He turned it on in the third period to earn a tech fall, 20-3.
Peralta's match was the lone win for the Ravens on the night. Cristian Ramos held a a 4-2 late in the third period at 157 pounds, but a last-second take down from Valley's Loyd Epperson handed Ramos a 6-4 loss.
The Ravens will travel to Marshall, Mo., on Friday and Saturday for the two-day Missouri Valley Invite.
