OVERLAND PARK – The 2026 Heart of America Athletic Conference Men's Soccer All-Conference team was announced on Friday morning and three members of the Benedictine Men's Soccer team were among the three teams selected.
Braden Yows (defense), Kody Argaez (forward) and Zach Pederson (midfielder) were named the second team. Henry Mullen (defense) was named to the third team.
The Ravens posted an overall regular-season record of 10-5-3 while posting a 7-4-3 record in the Heart to earn the No. 7 seed in the Heart Men's Soccer Conference Tournament.
Argaez led the Ravens this season with 17 points, scoring 6 goals with 5 assists. Pederson finished the regular season with 9 points with 4 goals and 1 assist. Yows and Mullen started all 18 regular-season matches for the Ravens on the backline that limited opponents to just over one goal per match and 11.1 shots. Mullen was also tied for the team lead with 6 assists.
Benedictine was knocked out of the tournament by No. 2 seed Grand View University on Wednesday night and now they wait until Friday, Nov. 13 to learn if their regular-season resume is enough to earn them an at-large selection into the 2026 NAIA Men's Soccer National Championship. The Men's Soccer Selection Show will be streamed on the NAIA's official YouTube Channel at 6 p.m. CT. The Ravens entered the Heart postseason as the No. 21 in the final regular-season edition of the STADIONIC NAIA National Selection Committee Poll.
