Aaron Hauser enters his seventh season on the Benedictine College football coaching staff in 2026, serving as the program's Recruiting Coordinator, Passing Game Coordinator, and Wide Receivers Coach. Since arriving in Atchison in 2020, Hauser has been instrumental in shaping the Ravens' explosive aerial attack and leading the program's talent acquisition efforts.

During his tenure at Benedictine, Hauser has established a reputation for elite player development, mentoring multiple wideouts to national and conference honors. Under his guidance, two Ravens achieved NAIA All-American status: Jacob Gathright (2022, 2023) and JaShawn Todd (2022).

Additionally, Hauser has produced 9 All-Heart of America Conference wide receiver selections, consistently elevating the Ravens' passing game year after year:

  • 2023: Jacob Gathright, JaShawn Todd
  • 2022: Jacob Gathright, JaShawn Todd, Austin Buteaux
  • 2021: Tre Adger, JaShawn Todd
  • 2020: Alex Blake, Ethan Bechard

Prior to joining Benedictine, Hauser built a strong foundation of offensive coaching experience at both the collegiate and high school levels. He served as an assistant coach at Waldorf University from 2018 to 2019, following a successful four-year stint on the coaching staff at Mission Hills High School in California from 2014 to 2017.

Hauser’s approach to mentoring is deeply personal and focused on holistic growth: "To build the student-athlete through relationship-driven development."

Hauser earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Northern Arizona University before going on to complete his Master of Arts in Sports Leadership from Waldorf University. He is also First Aid/CPR certified.

A native of San Diego, California, Hauser resides locally with his wife, Teddi. The couple has one son, Thatcher.
