Brad Hines

Brad Hines

Brad Hines joined the Benedictine coaching staff full-time in 2019 following his playing and student-coaching career with the Ravens. He coached outside linebackers for two seasons before transitioning to the defensive line before the 2021 season.

Since his move to the defensive line, the Ravens have become one of the most disruptive pass-rushing units in the NAIA. The 2022 squad finished top-five nationally with 41 sacks. In 2023, the defense tied for first in the country with 40 sacks during the regular season. The trend continued in 2024 with 42 total sacks, ranking second in the nation.

In his six seasons on staff, Coach Hines has helped develop numerous standout players, with many earning postseason honors:

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned his Bachelor’s in finance from Benedictine College in 2019. He is the son of Dan and Karen Hines.Â
