Alisha Frierdich joined the Benedictine College athletic training staff in 2022, specializing in healthcare, injury prevention, and rehabilitation for all student athletes, while directly serving the women's volleyball and softball programs.

Before her current role, Frierdich gained valuable collegiate sports medicine experience at Missouri Baptist University, where she served as the Athletic Trainer for the football and women's basketball teams.

Frierdich graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from MidAmerica Nazarene University. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Fitness Management from Missouri Baptist University.

Frierdich has several professional credentials including: Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT), Certified Athletic Trainer (CAT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and (Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist (CSNS).

Frierdich is a native of Olathe, Kansas.
