2012: Trandahl appeared in 17 games in her sophomore campaign with the Lady Ravens. She scored 4 goals and 3 assist.

2011: Cassie appeared in all 20 games for the Ravens starting 9 of those as a true Freshman. She recorded 7 goals and 4 assists. She had 37 shots and 26 of those came on goal. Cassie was also voted to the All-HAAC Third Team.
Before Benedictine: Trandahl was captain and four-year letter winner for Chisago Lakes High School. Trandahl led Chisago Lakes to their first section championship and state tournament berth in 2010. Playing a significant role in Chisago Lake's success, Trandahl was named All-Conference multiple times and All-State First Team and All-Tournament team in 2010. Trandahl finished her high school career as the all time goal scorer with 52 goals. She played club soccer for the Minnesota Thunder Academy and MTA U17 Elite National Team during high school. She also lettered three years in basketball. Trandahl attended Anoka Ramsey Community College full time her junior and senior year in high school, maintaining a 3.5 GPA.
