Kaylin Williams-Mosier

Kaylin Williams joined the Benedictine College women’s soccer coaching staff as an assistant coach in 2025, bringing an elite blend of professional playing experience and proven tactical expertise to the program.

Before transitioning to the sidelines, Williams excelled at the highest levels of the sport as a standout goalkeeper. Her competitive career includes International Competition, where she played professionally for KFF Vllaznia, competing on the world’s biggest club stage in the UEFA Women's Champions League. Williams also spent time in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). In college, she anchored the defense for Eastern Michigan University from 2015 to 2018, where she was a dominant force in the Mid-American Conference (MAC).

Williams arrived at Benedictine following a successful tenure at Avila University, where she served as the assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s soccer programs from 2019 to 2024. In addition to her collegiate role, she oversaw elite youth development as the Director of Goalkeeping for Alliance Futbol Club.

She holds a US Soccer National "C" License and is deeply committed to holistic player growth. Her coaching philosophy centers on creating a competitive, supportive environment that challenges athletes to constantly push their limits and become the best versions of themselves both on and off the pitch.

A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Williams graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, alongside double minors in General Business and Communications.
