(RV) Men's Lacrosse moves back to .500 with win over Michigan-Dearborn

COLUMBIA, Mo. – The (RV) Men's Lacrosse team earned a win over the University of Michigan-Dearborn on Friday afternoon on the campus of Columbia College.

Benedictine (2-2) moved back to .500 with a 14-9 win over Michigan-Dearborn.

The Ravens used a six-goal second quarter to break the game open as they outshot the Wolverines 52-27.

Michigan-Dearborn goalie Jay Rupnow kept the Wolverines in the game as he recorded 22 saves, despite giving up 14 goals to the Ravens.

Brady Guck and Jack Kandoth led the Ravens with three goals each. Curtis Wesly, Joseph Doyle and Ryan Heinser scored twice while James Carson and Kyle Tomc added a goal each. Peter Girard led the Ravens with three assists while Kandoth added two. Tomc, Guck and Remy Dujakovich finished with one assist each.

Duncan Loud earned the win in goal for the Ravens, playing the first half, He finished with three saves while Dustin Reis played the second half adding four saves.

The Ravens hosts No. 2 Madonna University at the BC Athletic Complex on Friday at 2 p.m.
