WICHITA – Joseph Doyle has been named the KCAC Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts in the Ravens win over the University of St. Mary on Saturday.
Doyle becomes the first Raven Men's Lacrosse player to earn individual honors from the KCAC this season.
During Benedictine's 18-4 win over USM, Doyle scored three goals and tallied four assists for 10 points. On the season, Doyle now has five goals and six assists.
Benedictine moved to 2-0 in KCAC play with the win over the Spires and remains in KCAC play this weekend for a pair of games. They take on KCAC newcomer Morningside College at 1 p.m. Saturday in Sioux City, Iowa, and then travel to Fremont, Neb., on Sunday for a 3 p.m. game with Midland University.
