SILOAM SPRING, Ark. – Women's Soccer dropped a Top 25 match-up on Friday night as the No. 22-ranked Ravens fell to No. 11-ranked John Brown University 2-0.
The Golden Eagles scored a pair of goals inside the first 30 minutes of play and that proved to be enough to earn the win over the Ravens.
John Brown scored on a corner kick during the 12th minute and then added their second goal during the 26th minute.
The Ravens were limited to 8 shots, with 4 on goal. Rachel Beffa and Riley Degner led the Ravens with 2 shots each.
Olivia Berry suffered the loss in goal, finishing with 4 saves.
Benedictine returns to Legacy Field for their next match, hosting the University of St. Mary on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
