PARKVILLE, Mo. – Benedictine Volleyball remained undefeated on Tuesday in Heart play, knocking off No. 14-ranked Park University in five sets.

The (RV) Ravens dropped the first set before winning 25-20 and 25-22 to take control of the match. The Pirates evened the match with a set four win before Benedictine wrapped up the upset with a 15-7 win in the fifth set.

Benedictine used a .250 attack percentage to take the third set and then finished off the Pirates with a match-high .318 attack percentage in the fifth set.

The Ravens held the Pirates to .170 on their attack, which included just4 kills in the fifth-set win.

Regan Bruggeman led the Ravens attack, hitting .359 with 17 kills. For Bruggeman, her kill total set a new season high while her attack percentage was her third-best. Mahala Sewell gave the Ravens a second hitting in double figures with 11 while Hokulani Sagapolu finished with 9. 

Haley Cahill set up the attack throughout the five-set match finishing with 42 assists. It marked the third straight match that Cahill finished with 40 or more kills after tallying a season-high 46 on Friday against Baker and her second-best total of 46 on Saturday against MNU.

Evelyn Arreola led three Ravens with double figure digs. She tallied 27 while Sagapolu finished with 17 and Cate Milroy added 13. Bruggeman and Maura Lickteig finished with 2 block assists and 2 solo blocks each. 

The Ravens continue a three-game road trip on Friday in Fayette, Mo., to take on No. 18 Central Methodist University.

The next NAIA Top 25 Women's Volleyball Coaches Top 25 Rating is set to come out on Wednesday.
