PARKVILLE, Mo. – Park University rallied after dropping the first set to Benedictine Volleyball on Tuesday night to earn the regular-season split with the Ravens.
Benedictine earned a 25-21 win to open the match before Park won 25-13, 27-25, 25-17 to take the match.
The Ravens hit .185 over the four sets with a match high .333 in the opener. The finished with 45 kills, averaging 11.3 per set with a high of 16 to open the night.
Barbara Terra led the Ravens with 15 kills, followed by JoJo Vander Woude with 11. Wren VanCleave anchored the attack, finishing the match with 39 kills.
Defensively, Kelly DeMeulenaere led the back line with 19 digs, followed by Cate Milroy with 14 and Lainee Mustain with 13. Rayleen Gladden and Van Cleave led the block with a solo and block assist each. Terra, Lucy Drexel and Bridget O'Sullivan added a solo block each.
Benedictine remains on the road Friday, traveling to Marshall, Mo., to take on Missouri Valley College at 7 p.m.
