Women's Soccer battled to a scoreless draw at home on Friday night.
The Ravens controlled most of the run of play against the Grand View University Vikings, but the teams finished with a score of 0-0.
The Ravens dominated possession in the first half, creating scoring opportunities multiple times but were unable to find a goal. The Ravens had 16 shots, 6 of them on goal, and had 2 corner kick opportunities.
The Vikings, on the other hand, were content to defend in their own zone and rarely pressed forward. Grand View did not have a shot in the first half.
The second half featured more open play with the Ravens adding 5 more shots on goal and the Vikings picking up their only 3 shots of the contest. The final 5 minutes of the half, in particular, were end-to-end but neither team was able to find a winning goal.

Madison Smith came up big in the final minutes, saving Grand View's shots in the final minutes to finish with 3 saves.
Offensively,
Christine Znidarsic had 3 shots on goal for the Ravens, while
Madison Casey and
Reagyn Messenger had 2 shots on goal, each.
The Ravens (11-4-2, 7-3-2 Heart) will close out the regular season Saturday, Nov. 1 at William Woods University.
