Women's Soccer took control early and rolled to its second-straight win Wednesday night.
The Ravens scored 3 goals in the opening half on their way to a 5-1 win.
The Ravens (2-0) didn't take long to grab a 1-0 lead, scoring in the 2
nd minute.
Payton Vogelbacher gained possession and sent a touch to
Anna Bolger, who was charging toward the goal. Bolger made the most of the opportunity, slotting a shot past the Warriors goalie.
Vogelbacher doubled the Ravens lead 20 minutes later.
Audrey Bolan knocked a pass to Vogelbacher who shot past the Midland keeper to make it 2-0 with 23:55 before halftime.
At just under 18 minutes to play before half, Vogelbacher was fouled in the box to earn a Penalty Kick. She took the PK and placed her shot in the lower right corner of the net to give the Ravens a 3-0 lead.
Much like the first half, it didn't take the Ravens long to score in the second half. After a deflection off the crossbar on a shot by

Elizabeth Mahfood was there to knock it into the goal to give the Ravens a 4-0 lead.
The Warriors were able to get on the board with 39 minutes left to play, scoring on a PK to trim the Ravens lead to 4-1.
Annie Wilken had an answer for the Ravens with the game's final goal. She won possession from the Warriors in the Ravens attacking third and unleashed a shot that beat the Midland keeper to push the Ravens lead to 5-1 with 18:16 left to play in the match.
The Ravens offensive dominance showed up in the box score as they outshot the Warriors 14-4 in shots on goal.
Madison Smith made 3 saves in goal for the Ravens.
The Ravens will hit the road for the first time for their next game, a 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30 match at St. Ambrose University.
