Lorelei Siegel, Kaylen Moore sweep Heart Women's Lacrosse honors for second time

OVERLAND PARK – For the second week in a row, Benedictine Women's Lacrosse has swept the weekly Heart of America Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week awards, presented by Tarkett Sports.

The top-ranked Ravens opened up a three-game Spring Break trip with a 25-5 win over (RV) Georgetown (Ky.). For their efforts, Lorelei Siegel was named the Heart Offensive Player of the Week while Kaylen Moore was named the Heart Defensive Player of the Week.

Siegel finished the game with the Tigers with 10 points, scoring 7 goals with 3 assists. She finished the game with a .615 shot-on-goal percentage with a total of 8 shots on goal. Siegel leads the Ravens in goals through 4 games with 22 while adding 9 assists.

Moore led the team with 11 draw controls while adding 5 ground balls and 2 caused turnovers. She also scored 2 goals while leading the team with 6 assists. Moore has a team-high 12 assists while leading the team with 41 draw controls, 13 ground balls and 7 caused turnovers. She is currently tied for third in the NAIA with 41 draw controls.

The Ravens remain on the road Tuesday, taking on No. 2 Cumberlands (Ky.) in a rematch of the 2025 NAIA National Championship Game.
