OVERLAND PARK – Four members of the Benedictine Baseball team earned All-Heart honors over the weekend as the Heart Office announced the 2026 All-Conference Baseball Team.
Ryan McDougal was named the Heart Freshman of the Year to headline the four selections. He was named first-team as a pitcher and was joined by All-Heart honorable selections catcher Carson Hintz, outfielder Brice Martin and pitcher Nic Mozingo.
McDougal posted a 5-4 record in 12 appearances this season. He recorded 61 strikeouts over 47.1 innings with a 2.85 ERA.
Hintz led the Ravens with 12 home runs, hitting .288 in 46 games. He finished with a total of 42 hits, adding 4 doubles with 38 RBI.
Martin led the Ravens in hitting at .401, starting in all 46 games this season. He went 27 of 31 on stolen bases with 34 RBI, 12 doubles, 2 triples and 64 hits with 38 runs scored.
Mozingo posted a 5-3 record in 10 appearances, all starts on the hill for the Ravens this season. He finished with 58 strikeouts over 50 innings, allowing 19 earned runs to finish the season with a 3.42 ERA.
The Ravens posted an overall record of 23-24 this season and finished 13-15 in the Heart.
