OVERLAND PARK – With the Championship Game held on Saturday morning on the Benedictine campus, the Heart of America Athletic Conference announced the 2026 All-Heart Women's Lacrosse team prior to the game.
Benedictine earned 10 all-conference selections that were headlined by three individual honors.
Head Coach Clare Hanson earned her first Heart Coach of the Year honor after guiding the Ravens to a 6-0 Heart record and 14-0 regular season. Kaylen Moore was named the Heart Player of the Year and Lorelei Siegel was named the Heart Offensive Player of the Year.
Siegel (attack) and Kaylen Moore (midfield) were joined on the first team by Mackenna Hill (attack), Lile Chekas (midfield), Ava Moore (defense) and Ainsley Willingham (defense).
Alexa Hildenbrand (attack), Kiera Russell (midfield), Emma Rushing (defense) and Molly Owen (goalie) earned second-team honors.
Siegel finished the regular season as the NAIA leader in goals 68 goals. She had 93 points, adding 25 assists.
Kaylen Moore recorded 122 draw controls during the regular season
– which also leads the NAIA. Moore also had 86 points (47 goals, 47 goals), 22 caused turnovers and 37 ground balls.
Hill finished the regular season with 80 points (49 goals, 31 assists), 32 draw controls, 16 caused turnovers and 32 ground balls. Chekas added 39 goals, 9 assists 13 caused turnovers and 24 ground balls. Ava Moore added 5 caused turnovers, 16 draw controls and 24 ground balls while Willingham finished the regular season with 15 caused turnovers and 14 ground balls.
On the second team, Hildenbrand recorded 54 points (23 goals, 31 assists). Russell finished with 36 points (27 goals, 9 assists) while adding 49 draw controls, 21 caused turnovers and 30 ground balls. Owen went 14-0 in goal, finishing the regular season with 62 saves and a 6.86 goals-against average against 189 shots faced.
