OVERLAND PARK – Benedictine Men's Lacrosse earned its third overall Heart Defensive Player of the Week, presented by TarkettSports, on Monday.
For the third time in the last four weeks, Benedictine earned the Defensive Player of the Week honors as Max Thomason became the latest Raven to earn weekly conference recognition.
Thomason anchored the Ravens possession on Saturday in Benedictine's 29-0 win over Ottawa to improve to 2-0 in Heart play. Thomason won 13-or-16 face-offs and surpassed 300 career face-off wins in the process.
